Résumé

Un an après un premier coffret-hommage à Wilhelm Kempff dédié aux enregistrements solo du pianiste, Deutsche Grammophon est en mesure de proposer aujourd'hui tous ses enregistrements de concertos réalisés en studio, réunis pour la première fois en un coffret de 14CD.
Allant du premier concerto pour piano de Beethoven enregistré en 1925 (le tout premier enregistrement de cette oeuvre) aux interprétations visionnaires des Concertos n° 21 et 22 de Mozart (ici en première parution internationale en CD) en passant par des oeuvres de Brahms, Liszt et Schumann.
Contrairement au premier coffret, celui-ci n'est pas une édition limitée.
