Résumé
'Testify', sorti en 2002, est son dernier album de compositions originales. Il s'agit certainement de son oeuvre la plus introspective comme en attestent 'This Love This Heart' et 'You Touch My Heart'. Il y aborde d'autres territoires rythmiques avec 'Driving Me Crazy' et son morceau-titre sous influence gospel. Le single principal de l'album, une relecture de 'I Can't Stop Loving You' de Leo Sayer, s'est installé en tête du Billboard's Adult Contemporary Chart.
