‘Synchronicity’ est la première réédition multiformat de The Police. L’album, sorti en 1983 est considéré par de nombreux fans comme leur œuvre la plus aboutie. Grâce à ses 4 hits singles "Every Breath You Take", "King of Pain", "Wrapped Around Your Finger", et "Synchronicity II" l’album s’est vendu à plus de 20 millions d’exemplaires dans le monde, et a définitivement placé le groupe au rang de superstar.
Les membres du groupe ont supervisé cette réédition, qui compte de nombreux bonus inédits. L'album a été remasterisé à partir des bandes d’origine à Abbey Road.
