Résumé
Après un accueil dithyrambique de son premier album chez Deutsche Grammophon, le baryton Andrè Schuen poursuit son exploration de l'oeuvre de Schubert. Accompagné de son partenaire de longue date Daniel Heide, il consacre son second album à l'énigmatique dernier recueil de lieder de Schubert, 'Schwanengesang'.'Schwanengesang' est mon plus grand amour parmi les lieder de Schubert. Le cycle réunit des lieder sur des textes de Ludwig Rellstab, Henirich Heine et Johann Gabriel Seidl, rassemblés après la mort prématurée de Schubert. L'album fait suite à l'interprétation acclamée de 'La Belle Meunière' par le duo.
