Résumé
Le Scratchophone Orchestra est une formation originale, fruit de la rencontre et de l'expérience de quatre musiciens confirmés.Ces dix dernières années, Clément Royo (machines, programmation, percussions, guitare), Aurélien Mourocq (clarinette, chant), Armand Delaval (contrebasse électrique) et Gabriel Bonnin (violon, programmation) ont parcouru la France et l'étranger, notamment au sein de plusieurs formations de musique Swing et nomades (Les Voleurs de Swing, les Noces Gitanes, Martine on the Beach, Le Gipsy Jukebox, Eldorado, Fingers in the swing). C'est avec la maturité gagnée au fil du temps qu'ils ont décidé de concevoir le Scratchophone Orchestra, en fusionnant Swing et musiques actuelles. Douze titres dont dix chansons, en français et en anglais, résolument ancrés dans le style Electro Swing. Mixant samples et sonorités vintages dans un format plus contemporain aux accents Hip Hop et House, le groupe à tout particulièrement soigné l'équilibre entre musique instrumentale et production électronique.
