Bruce Cockburn (né le 27 mai 1945) est un auteur-compositeur-interprète et guitariste folk/rock canadien. Il a enregistré plus de 30 albums et a composé des chansons dans des styles allant du folk sophistiqué au rock teinté d'influences de jazz au rock pur et simple.Ce nouvel album est déjà son 35ème !O Sun O Moon est le dernier album studio de Cockburn, une collection de 12 nouvelles chansons originales qui démontrent l'écriture de chansons et des talents de guitariste issus de plus de 55 ans d'art.Depuis son premier album éponyme en 1970, il a remporté 13 prix Juno, une intronisation dans le Temple de la renommée des auteurs et compositeurs canadiens, un Prix du Gouverneur général pour les arts du spectacle et a été nommé Officier de l'Ordre du Canada, parmi de nombreuses autres distinctions.Il a 22 disques d'or et de platine dont un disque de platine 6 fois pour son album de Noël.Cockburn continue de tourner à l'international.
