Résumé
Lauréate du prestigieux concours de chant de Cardiff en 2005, cette jeune soprano lyrique, au timbre lumineux et soyeux, possède une technique irréprochable et de superbes qualités vocales . Agée de 28 ans, elle vient de faire de beaux débuts en France à l'Opéra de Montpellier, où elle interprétait en décembre dernier, le rôle d'Adina dans l'Elixir d'Amour. La presse s'est fait l'écho de sa prestation en des termes très élogieux. Son premier album sur le label Decca propose des arias chantés en italien, français et anglais. On y trouvera de grands airs du répertoire mais aussi des pièces plus rarement enregistrées comme des airs de Tipett et de Menotti.Cette jeune artiste est assurément promise à un bel avenir.
