Résumé
Le label Jazzman ressuscite MASTER PLAN INC, avec 17 titres inédits enregistrés entre 1973 et 1984. Ce groupe prenant ses racines dans le Chicago des années 1970, sortira durant son existence un unique hit sur le label Brunswick: "Until you came along". Repéré par la Motown quelques années plus tard, les négociations entrepris par leur chanteur DOUG SHORTS, également connu pour avoir l'un des membres du groupe THE MANNEQUINS, n'aboutiront jamais et le groupe tomba dans les oubliettes de l'histoire de la Soul jusqu'à ce jour.
