Nouvel album de Malavoi, le premier depuis presque 10 ans, écrit et interprété avec RalphThamar le chanteur emblématique du groupe qui fait son grand retourMasibol ("Femmes Fortes") est l'album hommage aux femmes caribéennes du plus vieux groupe antillais. Pourla première fois depuis "Marronnage" il y a plus de dix ans, le groupe Malavoi c'est réuni pour composer etenregistrer ce nouvel album avec Ralph Thamar, le chanteur mythique du groupe. Réalisé par le groupe etRalph, mixé par Helik Hadar (Joni Mitchell, Herbie Hancock, Charle Aznavour, Tracy Chapman, Nora Jones...),cet album est un éloge aux femmes fortes des caraïbes. Le tableau illustrant la pochette est de l'artistemartiniquaise Valerie John. Le groupe présentera son nouvelle album sur scéne au New Morning à Paris le 15décembre.
