Enregistré lors du « Secret South Tour » en 2001, ce live incroyable des mythiques 16 HORSEPOWER compte des morceaux leur très acclamé premier album Sackcloth'n'Ashes, de son successeur Low Estate, et de leur première expérience sur Glitterhouse qui a donné son nom à la tournée, Secret South.Ces 90 minutes représentent 16 HORSEPOWER dans leur environnement naturel : la scène. Le groupe lui-même décrira ce live comme « l'un de nos meilleurs, si ce n'est LE meilleur que nous ayons jamais fait. » A noter que ce double album est édité en digipack accompagné d'un livret conséquent, vendu au prix d'un simple album.
