Superbe anthology Live (4cd) pour ouvrir un sujet sur Tom Petty, véritable institution aux U.S depuis 30 ans et totalement (et injustement) ignoré en France. Cette compilation live couvre toute la carrière de Petty avec ses célèbres Heartbreakers , de 1978 jusqu'à 2007, l'idée étant de prendre les meilleurs versions de chaque morceaux existants. Les grands tubes sont là dans des versions magistrales (American girl, Refugee, Breakdown, Learning to fly...), des reprises bluesy (I'm a man , I just want to make love to you, Green onions, Oh Well...) et malgré l'ordre non chronologique des titres, l'ensemble reste cohérent et agréable à l'écoute !
