Sur le CD1 l'album original en version remasterisée en 2025, d'après les bandes stéréo analogiques d'origine, accompagnésur le CD2 de prises studio rares et inédites, et aussi de "home demos" de Paul Westerberg. Le CD3 délivre quant à lui un live complet inédit, d'une grande énergie, enregistré en mars 1984 au Cubby Bear de Chicago.Paru en octobre 1984, 'Let It Be' est un disque charnière dans l'histoire des Replacements et l'un des meilleurs albums alternative rock des années 80. Paul Westerberg, Bob Stinson, Tommy Stinson et Chris Mars avaient franchi un nouveau cap musical à l'époque avec des titres comme "I Will Dare", "Androgynous" et "Unsatisfied".
