Enregistré en direct au Frontiers Rock Festival V à Milan, le 28 avril 2018, ce tout nouveau CD+DVD live présente PRAYING MANTIS jouant leur nouvel album "Gravity" devant le public italien. C'est une superbe performance qui présente le groupe dans toute sa splendeur, offrant au public de nouvelles chansons et plusieurs morceaux classiques. Une sortie impressionnante mettant en valeur le répertoire de l'un des groupes de hard rock britannique les plus constant du milieu. Formé à l'origine en 1973 par les frères Troy, Tino et Chris, Praying Mantis est devenu l'un des groupes les plus influents de la New Wave of British Heavy Metal (NWOBHM).
