Der Plan (Moritz R®, Frank Fenstermacher, Pyrolator) est un groupe culte allemand, fondateur de la scène new wave dans leur pays. Esprits libres, sans étiquette au départ, ils composaient avec des moyens minimums et n'hésitaient pas à être très expérimentaux dans leur démarches artistiques, allant même jusqu'à glisser de l'humour dans leurs compositions. "JaPlan" (1984) est un album conçu uniquement pour le marché japonais contenant des morceaux qu'ils ont joué lors d'une tournée là-bas. Contient 4 morceaux inédits.
