Sortie initialement prévue le 24/10 Halloween était non seulement la fête préférée de Frank Zappa, mais aussi une tradition musicale à New York. Chaque année, il y donnait une série de concerts pendant plusieurs nuits. Cet événement annuel a gagné en popularité au fil des ans, atteignant son apogée en 1978. Il est aujourd'hui publié pour la première fois dans son intégralité, remastérisé à partir des bandes originales 24 pistes. Le CD inclut les meilleurs moments du concert 31 octobre 1978.
