BBE Records est fier de présenter sa cinquième collaboration avec le DJ français et ambassadeur du disco : Dimitri From Paris! Get Down With The Philly Sound met en avant les titres essentiels de la disco selon Dimitri. Toutes ont été enregistrées à Philadelphie et on y retrouve la base de la section rythmique qui a crée et définie le genre ! Le CD1 retrace l'évolution du disco groove dans les 70's, en prenant source dans le premier hit disco jusqu'au renouvellement des Jackson 5 ! On y retrouve également des artistes plus obscures comme Charles Mann et le magnifique Teddy Pendergrass. Le CD2 rend hommage aux créateurs originaux et innovants du remixe.
