« French Connection » est la dernière mixtape de DJ SMOKE mettant à l'honneur le célèbre rappeur d'origine marocaine : French Montana.
Arrivé à 13 ans dans le Bronx en provenance du Maroc, French Montana s'adapte vite à sa nouvelle vie américaine et se lance très tôt dans la production de Street DVD via sa société Cocaine City Records. Il commence parrallèlement à produire des mixtapes et invite de nombreux rappeurs amis.
Gros producteur, il enchaine des dizaines de mixtapes jusqu'à la sortie de son premier album en 2013 qui le fera entrer définitivement dans le Rap Game.
DJ SMOKE nous livre ici le meilleur de French Montana que l'on retrouve accompagné d'une pléiade de featurings impressionnants tels Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, Lil Jon, Busta Rhymes, Jadakiss, 2 Chainz, Akon, Tyga, Kid Ink et plein d'autres : QUE DU LOURD !
