Résumé
Avec l'album Fermentum, une nouvelle génération de jazz folklorique hongrois fait son entrée :Kovasz -renouvelle la tradition du genre vieille de plusieurs décennies avec son lineup instrumental ainsi que son approche. Le chef d'orchestre, Gergo Kovats, s'était établi dans le monde du jazz et du folk, de sorte que ses compositions n'abordent pas simplement la musique folklorique du point de vue d'un musicien de jazz, mais combinent de manière inébranlable toutes les influences qu'il a connues jusqu'à présent avec ses camarades, presque créer un nouveau genre.
