Résumé
Les dernières nouvelles de Stephan Eicher datent de 2003. Ce nouvel album marque le retour de Stephan à ses racines (mariant l'électronique avec la pop) et un goût prononcé pour la folk (Crosby, Stills & Nash) et l'americana (Lambchop, Sparklehorse, Sufjan Stevens...). Ecrit principalement par son comparse de (presque) toujours Philippe Djian mais agrémenté de chansons écrites et composées par deux "nouveaux" venus: Raphaël et Mickey 3 D (le premier se réclamant pour une part de son influence), ce nouvel album signe un retour de Stephan en très grande forme : mélodies singulières et accrocheuses, intimisme et luxuriance des arrangements, efficacité à toute épreuve d'un album qui devrait faire son chemin vers un public des plus larges.
