Résumé
Lang Lang China Philharmonic Orchestra/Long Yu Fan Wei, Ji Wei, Zhang Jiali. Pour des raisons évidentes, la musique chinoise occupe une place toute particulière dans le coeur de Lang Lang. Il a souhaité nous faire découvrir la musique de son pays, grâce à cet album et à ce DVD. L'oeuvre principale de l'album Dragon Songs, le splendide Yellow River Concerto, est virtuose en diable, riche en couleurs et en mélodies. L'album propose également des petites pièces pour piano seul et des oeuvres de musique de chambre. Le DVD nous livre un portrait intimiste de Lang Lang, qui permet de mieux connaître l'artiste, on suit le pianiste sur sa tournée 2005/2006, et on le voit notamment en train de donner des master classes, et aussi à la maison avec sa famille.
