Résumé
Defqon.1 (Defqon-1, Defqon.1 Festival 1, ou simplement DQ1) est un festival de musiques
électroniques, principalement axé hardstyle et techno hardcore, annuellement organisé
depuis 2003 par Q-dance aux Pays-Bas.
Il s'agit d'un événement de grande ampleur partagée entre activités et animations grandioses et
pyrotechnie. De nombreux effets de lumières sont utilisés au cours du festival, dont les disc-jockeys
se répartissent sur différentes scènes identifiées par une couleur selon le type de musique et ainsi
simultanément. Ces disc-jockeys, habituellement de renom, participant au festival incluent
notamment Zany, The Prophet, Showtek, Darkraver, Technoboy, DJ Isaac, Zatox, Scot Project, DBlock
& S-Te-Fan, Promo, Yoji Biomehanika, Psyko Punkz, Frontliner, Coone, Wildstylez, et
Headhunterz.
La dernière édition a eu lieu le 19 Juin et a été sold out comme chaque année (60000 personnes).
Y étaient présents notamment : Red (mainstage,hardstyle), Purple (talents), Green (breaks),
Magenta (early hardstyle), Gold (millenium hardcore), Blue (raw), Ultra Violet (euphoric), White
(subground), Black (hardcore), Orange (Q-dance radio 24/24), Silver (industrial), Yellow (extrême),
Indigo (xtra raw), Blue Night Unit.
Ces 4 Cds sont mixés par Ran-D (CD1), PARTYRAISER (CD2), DJ DEETOX (CD3) et DR.RUDE
(CD4).
L'hymne pour cette année était celui de « Ran-D - No Guts , No Glory ».
