Thomas Adès, l'un des compositeurs contemporains les plus acclamés, présente l'enregistrement de son Concerto pour piano donné en première mondiale en mars dernier avec le Boston Symphony Orchestra et Kirill Gerstein. Il est associé sur l'album à son oeuvre Totentanz enregistrée en 2013. Avec Mark Stone (baryton), Christianne Stotijn (mezzo-soprano) et un très grand orchestre, cette pièce déploie un dialogue entre une Faucheuse charismatique et joyeusement macabre, et le cortège de ses nombreuses victimes.
