Peter Frampton est un intronisé au Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, un dieu de la guitare, auteur de chansons à succès et un être humain bienveillant. En 2014, Frampton a reçu un diagnostic de Myosite à inclusions (IBM), une maladie musculaire rare et dégénérative. Il était prêt à prendre sa retraite après une tournée d'adieu en 2019. Puis il a réalisé qu'il voulait continuer jusqu'à ce qu'il ne puisse plus. À 75 ans, 50 ans après son album n°1 Frampton Comes Alive!, il livre son premier nouvel album.
