Une rencontre en dehors de tout contexte préétabli entre la voix d'Alim Qasimov, chanteur traditionnelazerbaïdjanais et le serpent du français Michel Godard, également tubiste, bassiste et compositeur.Le chant d'Alim est comme un « parler à Dieu » et le serpent est depuis le XVIe siècle l'instrument sacré àl'unisson des voix, rendant possible la connexion entre terre et ciel dans les églises françaises. Quand l'âmeest grande ouverte, la musique devient vraiment utile et peut nous amener à notre immense univers intérieurtout en nous transportant vers l'univers extérieur. C'est alors une musique d'espoir pour le futur :lajuxtaposition de deux cultures serait-elle la nouvelle avant-garde ? Enregistrement de novembre 2017.
