Santana est un groupe constitué d'un nombre variable de musiciens entourant le guitariste Carlos Santana depuis la n des années 1960.C'est LE groupe qui a fait connaître le Latin Rock au reste du monde.Le groupe est formé en 1966 à San Francisco.Les premiers membres sont Carlos Santana (guitare), Tom Fraser (guitare rythmique), Mike Carabello (percussions), Rod Harper (batteries et percussions), Gus Rodriguez (guitare basse) et Gregg Rolie (chants et claviers).
