Résumé
Mars 2024 marquait le 50ème anniversaire de la sortie de l'album de T. Rex "Zinc Alloy & The Hidden Riders Of Tomorrow". Enregistré à Munich et coproduit par Tony Visconti et Marc Bolan, c'est le premier album sur lequel chante Gloria Jones et qui marque l'intérêt croissant de Bolan pour les styles musicaux américains. L'album comprend "Teenage Dream" et s'accompagne des tubes "The Groover" et "Truck On (Tyke)", qui ont été ajoutés au CD1, ainsi que leurs trois faces B. Dans ce coffret spécial de 2CD, le CD2 contient "The Alternate Zinc Alloy : Change", un disque bonus de 24 fascinantes versions et démos "work-in-progress", qui reflètent (autant que possible) l'ordre de passage de l'album original. Boitier format DVD, inclus livret de 6 pages
