Chronologique, cette anthologie s'ouvre avec "Never Grow Old" et "You Grow Closer", son premier single de 1956, puis propose des titres Columbia Records ("Won't Be Long", "Runnin' Out Of Fools", "One Step Ahead"), ainsi qu'un grand nombre de chansons pour Atlantic Records (enregistrées entre 1967 et 1979, dont ses plus grands hits, et aussi les maquettes de "My Kind Of Town (Detroit Is)" et "Try A Little Tenderness"), des prises alternatives de "Chain Of Fools", "Rock Steady" et "Spanish Harlem" ou live de "Baby I Love You" et "Don't Play That Song").
